Terms of service

Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms are between you and Arena ("we"). Using Arena means you agree to them.

1. What Arena does

Arena sends automated and simulated conversations to an AI agent you connect, scores the results, and lets graders you invite or we provide review them. You decide what to connect; we do not access your agent other than through the address and credentials you give us.

2. Your agent and your data

You confirm you have the right to test the agent you connect. Conversations, verdicts, grades and fixes belong to you. You can download them at any time and delete a target to remove them. You must not connect an agent that holds real personal data of third parties unless you have the right to expose it to testing; we recommend test accounts and synthetic data.

3. Use of your data by us

We use your conversations to run and improve the service for you. We do not train models on your conversations unless you turn on crowd grading for a target, in which case the graded conversations for that target may be used, with identifying details removed, to improve the platform's judges. You can turn crowd grading off per target at any time; conversations graded before that stay in the training set.

4. Graders

Graders see conversations from targets with crowd grading on. Graders agree to grade honestly; grades are scored against hidden known answers and other graders, and accounts whose accuracy falls below our line are paused. Credits are a record of accepted work; converting credits to money is at the rate and by the method we publish, and we may decline a payout where we find fraud or automated grading not declared as such.

5. Acceptable use

Only test agents you own or have permission to test. No attacks on third-party systems through the service. No illegal content.

6. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Limits reset on the first of the month. No refunds for partial months. Conversations beyond a plan's limit are refused, not charged.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
